Course certificate/certification/digital certificate - will not be issued until the course fee has been paid in full.

This also applies to minor delays on the course day that may occur due to unforeseen events.
-
If there are specific competency requirements for taking the exam or receiving a course certificate, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the participant meets these requirements. However, the course participant may request pre-qualification. For pre-qualification, the necessary documentation of competency must be sent to us within one week (7 days) of the order date. In general, it is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the information available on our website regarding course bookings.

All assignments or documentation required must be uploaded and processed within this access period. For the Wet Room Course, participants must themselves ensure access to the Construction Industry's Wet Room Standard before the course starts.
-
GTM Kompetanse will do its best to make the webinars as user-friendly as possible, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that participants have the necessary technical equipment and expertise to complete the courses.
-
GTM Kompetanse will make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants learn and complete the courses, but cannot guarantee specific results. Results may vary depending on the participant's effort and commitment.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled in court.
