Here you will find useful information about booking, payment and practical matters related to our courses. We explain how to register, which payment solutions are offered, and what applies to cancellation, course certificates, online courses and in-house training.
How to book a course
When you order an online course, you add the desired quantity to the shopping cart. If you order for multiple participants, you will receive a participant form in the order confirmation, which you must fill out and send back to us.
For classroom courses, webinars and all courses listed in the course calendar, you must contact us directly to register. After registration, you will receive confirmation and practical information by email.

Payment and invoice
You can pay for online courses directly at the checkout with a bank card or credit card. If you wish to pay by invoice, you must contact us in advance so that we can arrange this. Our invoices normally have a seven-day payment deadline, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For classroom courses and webinars, an invoice will be sent to the contact person provided after registration, and the invoice must be paid before the course starts in order for the participant to attend. Login information and course details will be sent to participants, and a course certificate or competency certificate will be issued once payment has been registered.
Cancellation and change of course
We understand that plans can change, and you are therefore able to cancel or change your registration within given deadlines. For classroom courses, cancellation must be made no later than fourteen days before the start of the course. In case of later cancellation, the course fee will be charged in full. If you wish to move your participation to a later course date, we will try to find an alternative solution as far as possible, provided that there is space available.
Separate terms and conditions apply to online courses and webinars. Once you have received access to the online course, the course is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled. For webinars, registration can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to seven business days before the scheduled date. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing, either via email or through the contact form on the website.
Course certificates and certification
After completing the course, a course certificate is issued as documentation of completed training. The course certificate is sent electronically to the participants, or directly to the contact person, once payment has been registered and all required course activities have been completed.
Courses leading to certification have their own requirements for validity and possible recertification. Most certifications have a validity period of five years, with a requirement for a refresher course or recertification before the period expires. Information on this is provided in the course description for the individual course.
Practical training
Some of our online courses include a practical component in addition to the theoretical training. The practical component ensures that participants apply their knowledge in real-world work situations, and is a mandatory requirement for receiving a course certificate.
All necessary information and documentation related to the practical implementation is available in the course room. Here you will find clear descriptions of how the practice should be carried out, how it should be documented, and how it should be confirmed by a responsible person in the company.
Access to online courses
After ordering, you will gain access to the online course via the course portal. Login details will be automatically sent to the participant's email address provided when ordering. Access to the course is normally valid for three months from the date of purchase, so that you can complete the training at your own pace. If necessary, access can be extended by agreement.
