How to book a course
To book for yourself, select 'BUY COURSE FOR YOURSELF' on the product page. To book for others, select 'BUY COURSE FOR OTHERS'. Here you can register up to 60 participants and choose the language for each. After booking, all participants receive login details automatically.
For classroom courses, webinars, and all courses in the calendar, please contact us to register. You will receive confirmation and practical info via email.

Payment and Invoice
Invoices for online courses are sent to the purchaser's email or via EHF with 10 days net, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
For classroom courses and webinars, the invoice is sent after registration and must be paid before the course starts for the participant to attend. Login information is sent automatically to online course participants immediately after registration, while practical info for other courses is sent in advance.
Course certificates or certificates of competence are issued once the course is completed and approved, provided that payment has been registered with us.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and you therefore have the option to cancel or change your registration within set deadlines. For classroom courses, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start. For later cancellations, the course fee will be charged in full. If you wish to move your participation to a later date, we will try to find an alternative solution as far as possible, provided there is availability.
Specific terms apply to online courses and webinars. Once you have received access to an online course, the course is considered delivered and cannot be canceled. For webinars, registrations can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 7 working days before the scheduled date. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing, either via email or through the contact form on the website.
Course Certificates and Certification
Upon successful completion of a course, a course certificate is issued as documentation of completed training. The certificate is sent electronically to participants, or directly to the contact person, once payment is registered and all required course activities are completed.
For courses leading to certification, specific requirements for validity and potential recertification apply. Most certifications have a validity period of five years, requiring a refresher course or recertification before the period expires. Information regarding this can be found in the description for each individual course.
Practical Training
Some of our online courses include a practical component in addition to the theoretical training. The practical part ensures that participants can apply their knowledge in real work situations and is a mandatory requirement for issuing a course certificate.
All necessary information and documentation related to the practical execution is available in the course portal. Here you will find clear descriptions of how the practice should be performed, how it should be documented, and how it must be confirmed by the responsible person in the company.

After ordering, you will gain access to the online course via the course portal. Login details are automatically sent to the participant's provided email address upon ordering. Access to the course normally lasts for three months from the date of purchase, allowing you to complete the training at your own pace. If needed, access can be extended by agreement.
