Training Requirements

Training Requirements

Practical training shall enable the course participant to perform their work tasks safely.

The user shall receive full training in safe and correct use of the equipment, with a particular focus on correct use according to the user manual, as well as a review of any safety devices.

Some of the courses have guiding checklists.

Remember

The employer must always provide equipment-specific training, in addition to the general requirements for theoretical and practical training in the use of work equipment.

This means that new equipment may involve requirements for a new review of safe use. Such training should be documented in the company's HSE system.
