The role includes
- Conducting courses in accordance with the requirements for documented training
- Teaching based on applicable laws, regulations, standards, and industry requirements
- Practical and theoretical guidance that ensures participant mastery and safety
- Contributing to keeping course content updated and relevant to the needs of the workplace
- Ensuring professional delivery of courses at our customers' sites across the business sector
- Instructors may use their own teaching materials. The content must be professionally updated and in accordance with current regulations. GTM Kompetanse may review materials if necessary to ensure professional quality.
Desired background and qualifications
- Documented professional competence in one or more of our course areas
- Solid practical experience from relevant industry, such as scaffolding, machinery, HMS, first aid, or similar
- Pedagogical skills and the ability to conduct training in a structured and engaging manner
- Ability to convey both theoretical and practical knowledge in a clear and understandable way
- Good knowledge of current regulations, standards, and HMS requirements
- Ability to create a safe and positive learning environment for course participants
- Professional conduct and good collaboration skills
- Driver's license class B
