How long does a scaffolding course last?
The duration varies. Scaffolding course 2–5 metres with fall protection includes 7.5 hours of theory and 7.5 hours of practical training. Scaffolding course 2–9 metres with fall protection includes 15 hours of theory and 15 hours of practical training. Scaffolder course above 9 metres includes 36 hours of theory and at least 72 hours of practical training on at least three different scaffold types, in addition to at least 6 months of employment in a company that uses scaffolding. The user course lasts 3 hours.
