Kurset gir deg kunnskap til å handle raskt og riktig i akutte situasjoner.

Du lærer grunnleggende førstehjelp, HLR (hjerte-lunge-redning), håndtering av blødninger, hengetraume og hodeskader, samt behandling av beinbrudd, brannskader, frostskader og hypotermi.

Kurset inkluderer også ABCDE-modellen for korrekt rekkefølge ved hjelp.

Kurset passer for alle som ønsker å lære livsviktig førstehjelp, uavhengig av forkunnskaper.

Kurset er nettbasert og kan gjennomføres på mobil, nettbrett eller PC.

Det er modulbasert med videoer, tekst, bilder og tester, og kan tas i eget tempo når og hvor det passer deg.

Kurset kan gjennomføres i eget tempo, og varighet avhenger av hvor raskt man går gjennom modulene, typisk 2–3 timer.

Du kan lære på egne premisser, repetere innholdet etter behov, gjennomføre kurset når og hvor det passer, og sikre deg kunnskapen som kan redde liv i kritiske situasjoner.

This online course does not require any practical training, but we recommend that you complete practical first aid at least once per year .
