Submission of completed practical firefighting exercise:
After completing the online course, the practical fire extinguishing exercise must be carried out, and the completed documentation form must be sent to post@gtmkompetanse.no .
Submission must be made within 3 months of completing the online course.
Important: Submissions after this deadline will result in the course not being passed, and a new course must be completed in its entirety.
Exam:

How is the exam taken?
The course includes a theoretical exam with immediate results.
You have up to three attempts to pass the exam.
If you fail the exam, reactivation will be charged at the full price of a course.
Practical firefighting exercise
Yes.
After completing and passing the online course in Hot Work, a practical firefighting exercise must be carried out and documented in accordance with the "Instructions for carrying out a practical firefighting exercise".
Documentation must be sent to post@gtmkompetanse.no within 3 months of completing the course. Submission after the deadline will result in the course not being passed.

Will I get a certificate?
Yes , after passing the theoretical exam and documented practical firefighting exercises, you will receive a digital certificate issued by the Norwegian Fire Protection Association.
The certificate is valid for 5 years.

Are there public requirements for hot work?
Both the insurance industry and Norwegian authorities set requirements for the performance of hot work. Requirements from the authorities are laid down and described in Norwegian laws and regulations.

How do I pay?
