The Working Environment Act requires that employers ensure that safety representatives and members of working environment committees (AMU) undergo and can document HSE training. The course is intended for businesses and industries where the parties have agreed on a shorter training period than 40 hours. It provides a basic introduction to the most important topics within HSE work, so that after completing the course, you can actively participate and contribute effectively to HSE work.
The following topics will be reviewed, among others:
- The Working Environment Act (AML)
- HSE regulations
- The safety representative's tasks and duties
- The Working Environment Committee (AMU)
- Targeted HSE work
- Physical and chemical working environment
- Psychosocial work environment
- Safety rounds, mapping and follow-up
- Accidents and accident prevention work
- Internal control

Safety representatives, chief safety representatives, managers, members of work environment committees and employees within HSE and HR.

The course is held over two days, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the first day and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the second day.

How long does the webinar last?
The course is held over two days.
From 09.00–16.00 on the first day and from 08:00–16:00 on the second day.
Is there VAT (value added tax) on this course?
No, there is no VAT on this course. Since it is conducted as a webinar – i.e. teaching directly with an instructor over the internet – it is exempt from VAT.
