Norwegian authorities require that employees be able to document both practical and theoretical training for certain types of work equipment and tasks that require certification. The employer is responsible for ensuring that employees have this necessary training.
Certified training provides participants with recognized qualifications that meet industry requirements. Upon completion of the training, participants receive certificates confirming their competence, which can open doors in the job market.
GTM Kompetanse is not itself a certified training company. The courses are delivered in collaboration with Breland Kompetanse AS, which has an agreement with a certified training company.
