How long does the course last, and can it be adapted to our working hours (e.g. evenings or weekends)?
Our first aid courses normally last 3–5 hours, and we are happy to adapt to your work schedule.
We offer courses during the day, evenings and weekends – whatever suits your employees and operations best.
Do you offer courses at our workplace, or do we have to come to you?
We are coming to you!
Our instructors hold courses directly at the kindergarten's own premises to make it as practical and effective as possible for you.
Alternatively, you can also participate in our open courses if you wish.
What kind of content does the course cover – is it adapted to situations that may arise in a kindergarten?

Do participants receive a course certificate after completing the training, and is it valid according to requirements from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority or the Norwegian Directorate of Education?
Yes, all participants receive a certificate after completing the course.
We only use certified instructors on our first aid courses, and all of our first aid courses, including first aid courses for kindergarten employees, are designed in line with the guidelines from the Norwegian First Aid Council and meet the requirements of both the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority and the Norwegian Directorate of Education.
How many participants can be on the course at the same time?
We have a limit of a maximum of 15 participants per course group to ensure quality, individual follow-up and good practical training.
Who are the instructors – do they have relevant experience from the healthcare sector or otherwise?
For our first aid courses, we only use certified instructors. The instructors are certified through the Norwegian Resuscitation Council (NRR) and Norwegian People's Aid.
The instructors have extensive experience in first aid, many with backgrounds in ambulance, nursing and emergency medicine.
Several also have experience teaching in kindergartens and schools, and adapt the teaching to the target group.
Do you offer discounts or special prices for groups or multiple departments?
Absolutely! When booking together for multiple departments or for 20+ participants, we offer discounted group prices and favorable package deals.
We also offer extra good prices to municipalities or chains that want a framework offer.
