That's why we've had our phone number visible on our website for many years, so that it would be easy to get in touch. Unfortunately, developments in recent years have shown another side of the story: the amount of spam abuse of our phone number and robocalls has increased sharply. This creates challenges for both us and you as a customer:
The time we spend handling unwanted calls takes away from valuable time we would rather spend following up with you.
Important calls can unfortunately be overlooked because they are drowned in the noise of spam and spoofing (when someone misuses our number to call others)
We have less opportunity to prioritize real, urgent inquiries.
To ensure that we can continue to offer the best possible service, we have therefore made the decision to remove our phone number from the website.
How can you reach us in the future?
Even though we are removing the phone number from the open website, it does not mean that we will be harder to reach – on the contrary. We want to make communication more targeted, safe and efficient.
Email: Everyone can still contact us via post@gtmkompetanse.no. We follow up on emails continuously and provide quick feedback.
Contact form on the website: Via the form you can leave questions, requests or wishes, and we will ensure that the right person follows up with you.
Direct contact for course participants: Participants with us always have access to direct contact information for us, so you can easily contact the person who knows you and your goals best.
Why is this an improvement?
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. We know that many people appreciate being able to pick up the phone and call directly. But we are confident that the change will provide a better experience for our customers in the long run:
