Section 3-5 of the Working Environment Act requires that the general manager or senior manager of a business must be able to document training in HSE work. The duty is personal and cannot be delegated. Completed training must be documented in writing. The "HSE course for managers" provides an introduction to the most important aspects of HSE work and is carried out in line with the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's guidance for this type of training. Course certificates are issued after completing the course to meet the requirement for written documentation.

  • Information on the regulations of the Working Environment Act
  • Roles in HSE work
  • Working environment requirements
  • Physical and psychosocial work environment
  • How to build, implement and maintain an HSE system in the workplace
