The course "Conflict Management in the Workplace" provides an introduction to the Working Environment Act's provisions on the requirement for a fully responsible psychosocial working environment. When you are familiar with the regulations, you will be able to make the right decisions. The course also gives you insight into what characterizes a conflict, and how to specifically handle conflicts in an orderly and professional manner.

Conflicts in the workplace are not uncommon. This course will make you better equipped to handle conflicts in a good and not least correct way.

To raise awareness among participants about how to handle, prevent and deal with conflicts in the workplace.

Managers, middle managers, shop stewards and others who work with personnel matters.

Practical information

For in-house theory courses, we bring all the necessary equipment to complete the course.

If you have a projector with a screen and a whiteboard available, this is an advantage - but not a requirement.

In addition, there must be suitable premises available for carrying out the theoretical part of the course.

You book in-house courses by contacting us directly by email or phone. Together we will agree on a time, location and any practical needs, so that the course is tailored to your company.

You will receive an invoice from us well in advance of the course start. The invoice must be paid no later than 2 days before the instructor arrives at your address.

The course will not be held if the course fee has not been paid. In the event of non-payment, the claim will still be collected.
