The Working Environment Act requires that employers ensure that safety representatives and members of working environment committees (AMU) undergo and can document HSE training. The course is intended for businesses and industries where 40 hours of training are required. It provides a thorough introduction to the most important topics within HSE work, so that after completing the course, you can actively participate and contribute effectively to HSE work.
The following topics will be reviewed, among others:
- The Working Environment Act (AML)
- HSE regulations
- The safety representative's tasks and duties
- Easy review of work performance and risk assessment
- The Working Environment Committee (AMU)
- Targeted HSE work
- Physical and chemical working environment
- Psychosocial work environment
- Safety rounds, mapping and follow-up
- Accidents and accident prevention work
- Internal control
- Group assignments/case solution
Target group:
Safety representatives, chief safety representatives, managers, members of work environment committees and employees within HSE and HR.

No
Practical information: The course is held over four days, from 09:00–16:00 on the first day and from 08:00–16:00 on the following days. After the course, there is an opportunity for self-study and for you to use the knowledge you have gained in your own company with the help of summary tasks and a practical assignment.
